What date notifications collect
Your first name, email address, workshop level (Beginner or Advanced) and location / format (Paris, London or Remote) are required. After registering, you may optionally share your interview timing. We also record the time of signup, the page and form used, and the version of the consent wording you accepted.
You do not need to provide a CV, school, employer, phone number or payment details.
Why we use it
We use your information to record your interest, plan the first workshop and send updates about its dates, location and booking details. The basis for those emails is your consent, given by submitting the form after reading the disclosure. Joining does not commit you to a purchase.
Basic anti-spam checks help protect the form. The application uses a short-lived hashed rate-limit identifier, based on the connection address, to limit repeated submissions. It does not store raw IP addresses in the registration database.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe option shown after signup, the unsubscribe link in any future email, or by contacting the operator. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, where applicable.
You can raise a concern with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or another competent supervisory authority.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website. Registrations are stored in its D1 database configured for the European Union. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
Email-platform synchronisation and third-party analytics are disabled. Registration details are not sold. Any change to these services will be reflected on this page.
How long information is kept
The proposed retention period is up to 12 months from signup, unless you withdraw earlier or another justified period is agreed and disclosed. You can request earlier deletion through the contact above. Unsubscribed registrations are excluded from workshop updates.
Cookies and analytics
This version does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not send visitor data to an analytics provider. It does not use browser storage for marketing. A cookie banner is therefore not included in this version.
This policy will be updated before any optional analytics service is enabled.
