I’m Adrien Foucault.
I worked at McKinsey in Paris and London and hold a Harvard MBA. I also teach at HEC Paris and Sciences Po.
I teach every workshop myself. We’ll spend the day working through cases and fit stories, with feedback on your approach and time for your questions.

BEGINNER AND ADVANCED
Choose your workshop.
Two levels, with a maximum of 8 participants per session. Choose in-person practice in Paris or London, or a live remote workshop.

Get feedback on
how you solve a case.
A case can make sense on paper and still be difficult to explain aloud. We’ll work through the reasoning together, so you can see where you get stuck and what to practise next.

Structure the problem
Turn an unfamiliar question into a clear, useful approach. Explain why you would start there.

Work with the evidence
Make sense of numbers, charts and exhibits. Connect the calculation to the business question.

Communicate your thinking
Practise reasoning out loud, synthesising an answer and telling specific stories from your experience.

No. The workshop is designed for candidates preparing for McKinsey, BCG and Bain, as well as other strategy consulting firms that use case and fit interviews.
Choose Beginner if you are starting case preparation and want guided practice with the fundamentals. Choose Advanced if you have practised cases and want to test your performance, sharpen synthesis and work on specific weaknesses. Both are for candidates actively preparing to interview.
Yes. The format is intended for students, MBA candidates, young professionals and experienced hires preparing for strategy consulting interviews.
Session language to be confirmed. The language will be stated with the session details before you decide whether to book. This website is in English.
In person in Paris and London, or remotely in a live online workshop. First dates to be announced. Venues and the remote timetable, time zone and platform will be confirmed with each session.
